  • 01 How and what to do to activate a toll free number?

    First thing first you should choose a number you think is more suitable to your business from the home page or from this link . You will be given an electronic order module that must be filled in and sent. Afterward a new page will be shown to you with the choice of a payment method for your first top up. Electronic payment (with credit card) grants you the imediate delivery of the toll free number, using the bank transfer you must wait the usual bank work time (24 to 48 hours). In both cases you will receive an order summary e-mail with the instructions on how to pay both with credit card and with bank transfer. Until the transaction is not complete, the order WILL NOT BE MANDATORY, you simply reserved the chosen numeration for 2 days, after which the order will be cancelled.

  • The chosen numeration will be homage, our service neither include paid activation nor monthly fees. The top up bought by you will be ENTIRELY accredited to the chosen number and you can use it to receive calls on your chosen toll free number. According to italian rules the call on a toll free number does not apply any cost on the caller but they are charged on who is being called (you). The cost of the call will be detracted from the total available credit. With the first top up you can receive more or less 1150 calls of 2 minutes each if called from the same fixed network and if received on your office number (land line).

  • No, the absence of activation costs and fees allows you to obtain a free 800 numeration, you must only pay for the phone credit that will be entirely available for receiving calls. Naturally if you run out of credit and you are still planning to use our service you can make another top up of 150 euros + VAT. After 365 days from the activation or from the last top up date you can decide if you want to renew the service by paying 150 euros + VAT of fully usable phone credit that will add up to the not yet consumed phone credit. In the home page you will find easy to remember numerations that require a higher initial top up. For this type of numbers the following top ups will always be of 150 euros +VAT.

  • Our automated system will always monitor your credit ammount and will send you an e-mail as soon as your credit reaches 30 euros with the instructions to top up your number. You can freely decide when to be notified if you think that 30 euros are too low. The system will notify you after every 5€ consumed under the imposed margin by sending you an e-mail.

  • The minimum top up is 150 +VAT. There are no extra costs, all of the funds will be used to receive calls on your number. The other top ups are multiple of 50 (example 200, 250, 300). If you use the Credit Card, the top ups can be done 24 hours 7 days a week. The automated top up system will perform the top ups at any time day and night. If you top up by bank transfer, our customer service will provide to perform the top up during work time.

  • It all depends by your intentions, there are no mandatory top ups, so if you are no longer intrested the business relationship will interrupt. The numeration will not be lost if a top up is made during the 15 days without credit. If the credit runs out, even if not obliged to perform a top up, you can no longer receive calls on your toll free number. If you top up, the expiration date of both number and credit will be extended for a year (365 days) by which you can use all your credit.

  • One month before the expiration date, you will receive an e-mail that will inform you about the expiration of your free toll number. You can choose to continue using the toll free number by doing a top up, or you can let it expire. If the number receives a top up, it will be added to the not yet consumed credit and you will get one year (365 days) to use the entire credit, if you do not top up before the expiration date, the number will cease to work. If the top up is done within 3 days from the expiration date, you can still keep your not yet consumed credit. If you top it up after 4 days following the 15 days of expiry, you will still keep your number, but not your old credit.

  • Sure, from the administration area it is possible to allow or block calls from mobile phones to your toll free number, also you can decide what area codes are allowed to call you.
