The caller listens to the virtual receptionist’s voice that invites to select a number on the telephone keypad corresponding to a given business unit. For every single number key of the phone are available up to 20 termination numbers.

Press 3 to get informations about the new service - It is associated with the termination number of one or more operators who provide informations about the new service.
Press 4 if you need to report a problem - It is associated with the termination number of one or more operators who are able to solve technical problems.
You can enable a second level of choice, for example after selecting the 4 key the caller will hear:
